The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health. Her original book details her personal healing journey and her connection to the Creator utilizing her meditation technique. She did not start teaching the ThetaHealing technique until 2006 or so, after she had perfected the technique on herself.
The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is (our God has many names and we call him Creator). It is a focused prayer to the Creator and allows you to train your mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Through meditation and prayer, the ThetaHealing Technique creates a positive lifestyle.
The ThetaHealing technique is always taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. It teaches how to use one’s own natural intuition, relying upon unconditional love of the Creator Of All That Is to do the actual “work.” We believe by focused prayer utilizing a “Theta” and “delta” brainwave (incorporating physics and quantum physics), you can actually witness the Creator Of All That Is create instantaneous physical and emotional well being. We have learned that through the ThetaHealing Technique intuitive abilities can be used to bring about spontaneous changes and physical and emotional well being.

Private Sessions of ThetaHealing
Each session is different, but they are all a conversation. We will be looking for your subconscious beliefs so they can be changed to something that works for you instead of against you.
Most of my work is currently done remotely. Here are a few tips to have a great session;
1. Make sure you are in a quiet place, away from distractions. The best healing takes place when you can fully relax and go into a Theta state with me.
2. Drink a glass of water before calling. Being hydrated helps move the energy.
3. Answer all questions honestly, the first answer is the best especially if it seems silly. The goal is to find and release the deepest beliefs that are running your life. I am not here to judge, just to help. If you don’t know the answer, it’s okay to imagine what it would be.
4. Be hands free, use a bluetooth or other earpiece if you can. It’s sometimes hard to hear on speakerphone and it breaks to flow if either one of us can’t hear properly.
5. Relax and have fun.
I always block a little extra time at no cost for the first session so you can get the hang of how this work flows. In the first sessions we will talk about long term goals, what major emotional issues, relationships, or health problems you want to take a look at. Then we break it down to the first few things that have been on your mind lately. See, you already do this amazing thing where you instinctively know what to look at next and what things are ready to be resolved because they have started to bother you more than ever. In subsequent sessions we will move on to other things or attack the same issue from another angle. Don’t worry if the same thing comes up more than once, we are complex beings and some of our issues love to hide in many places. Some things you only bring up once and they are released, some you just chip away at till all the hidden impacts are released. One example of something that shows up a lot is our parents. First you deal with your mom, then your relationship to other women, then Dad, and then Mom again until all the issues are cleared away.
Any physical ailments are worked on through the emotions that hold them in place. By releasing those and also looking into the issues that help create the physical manifestation in the first place, it is possible that healing can occur in conjunction with traditional remedies. This does not replace traditional medicine and is not intended to diagnose or cure any such ailments. Please continue to see your regular doctors and nutritionists and other medical professionals.

There are two types of packages: static and ongoing.
Static packages come in 5, 7, or 11 sessions and can be used at your discretion. Ongoing packages are for those who want to commit to weekly sessions.
Looking to have a major shift but want time to adjust between sessions? This is a 6 month program – once a week. You will have time to process between sessions, feel the ebb and flow of the energy as you see the changes we have made affect your life from week to week.
